'Buzz' is a cat skull design with links to Freya (Freo: Anglo Saxon) the venerated female shaman who taught Woden, Seidh (trance magic). The image is derived from a cat skull my partner found in the forest. Only a single vertebrae was with it, no sign of a body. There had been reports of cat killings in the area and one can only guess at this feline's grisly demise. Once brought home, 'Buzz' (Claire's naming) was offered a spirit meal, cleaned up and rests as part of Claire's altar/shrine. He is honoured by this print design.
